Ona a dark night we welcome the lights in the city, for a sense of safety and even good cheer.

Yet from atop a nearby hillside the same lights interfere with our view of the night sky, the stars and objects above.

I would always want the city to be illuminated and am willing to travel to a more distant hill for my sky-watching moments.

Catch a fish.

Asking the right questions is like catching fish.

The best results follow by choosing the right time and allowing for the condition of the river, err…the person, who you are asking.

The fish does not find hooks appealing, the appeal of the bait is much more engaging.

Weaving his way through the excited revellers the dog found the shop selling tasty sausages.

It was a good night for a dog looking for a snack. The cafes and food stalls were in full cooking mode, serving hundreds of appetites, many fallen ingredients became an al fresco feast for our canine on the prowl.

When the shop owner slid a large plate of excess food towards the dog, a happy yelp would have been heard had the din of those celebrating the settlement celebrations not drowned it.

People were happy that night.

We hope they were feeling good the next day too.

Daytime or night?

Orange or Vermouth?

I was, indirectly, asked these questions in the last two weeks.

But of course they were “in context”.

Perhaps you can create a context and ask yourself similar questions, this being specially helpful when searhcing for new answers, new ideas, new solutions.
