There are those times when no comment is the best comment.

No comment.

Don’t shoot the messenger, said the delivery man to the customer.

A confident company, would be confident in its products and would never find their driver making this comment.

So this is worth considering if you run a company, work for one or are a customer. You already react favorably or unfavorably.

Lets move towards the positive and then up a notch!

Tap dancing and clear audio.

It’s easy to recognize the sound of someone tap dancing. It doesn’t take a high quality sound system to recognize that.

The best audio quality helps and may be essential, if you want to be able to hear the difference between a 1976 Gibson and a plain mass-produced guitar.

This does not mean tap dancing is “easier” or that the Gibson guitar is only for special occasions.

When you feel you might need help to make a decision, a method that helps is to imagine you are advising someone else, then give yourself that same advice.
