Kiwi is the name of a fruit and also the colloquial name of people belonging to a nation in the southern hemisphere.

I can’t think of another nation that describes a fruit or vice versa.

Can you?

Desperate heroes are in demand. But they are still desperate.

Quiet heroes do things that only they know about.

It doesn’t matter.

But you are a hero….probably.

When you are “thinking for a company” it’s best to really become your customer. See and feel the experience that wows them.

Would that work for you? If so, you’re on the right track.

This approach works in other situations. Want to be listened to? Understand first. Then, propose your idea.

It’s something you can turn into a game. Amongst the winnings at this game are better communication, greater delivery, brilliant service and broader success.

Just good.

Better service than you expected.

A bigger slice.

A larger cup.

A fresher cake.

A better seat.

A stronger signal.

More, sometimes, is good – and it’s yours!

After so many steps, can there really be more? Is it worth it?

Depends whether you really want to see The View.

In fact, any energy you have left is always worth expending to be able to see that.

The View of course is many things. Sometimes its a distance run, sometimes a little more effort to take the skin off the vegetables you are cooking, it’ll just make that tiny difference.

It is perhaps, similar to experiencing the sparkle of a diamond over and above the reflection from polished glass.

Diamonds, really are…forever.
