It’s not always the person you spoke to on that first day who appears in front of you when you meet them months later.
Practicing how to evaluate a first impression, and then also to allow the possibility of seeing a changed being – the same person but a different character just days later, takes many attempts.
It’s never something you finish learning, keep trying to see the patterns, and gradually your focus is better!
Trusting your judgement does not mean you are being “judgmental”, not if you combine the first and then a second impression.
Your response to a person changes more than they do.

When there is an opportunity to speak up or ask a question it is ideal to do so.
If everyone is talking it is hardly of consequence to add your remark.
But in the end, the words you give are valuable. The actions you take mean something.
And I presume they are well-meaning and good.

You know it makes sense, can be converted into I know it makes sense and I want to do it!
I am well aware that changing habits, exercising restraint and repeating things for their beneficial results can seem tedious.

Dashes and dots served to make Morse code work, an old system of sending urgent messages using long or short beeps or if not available, long or short flashes of light. Look it up!
It takes very little to upgrade a simple code like that into an elaborate language.
You just add one more “layer” to what is essentially, a language.
To put it simply, a few words can convey quite a lot, but when you want to express feelings, impressions and emotions, you will need the ability to combine words in a clever way or even additional words.
And you can!
