We are often told that is it essential to learn to say no. This is a recent trend in flavour-of-the-month “how to live your life” bombardments of advice.

If you allow the winds of change to tickle the hairs on the back of your neck so to speak – in other words you allow things that change in the world around you, to help rather than hinder – you will sometimes find others seem to say no, for you.

This could be where you should have said no, but went ahead for some weird reason.
They turn round having apparently started the first steps alongside you, and say…No!

Interesting!? It should be.

There is good reason to give names to days.

Nothing beats your own personal naming of days, like The Day I Met Her In the Cafe, The Day the Sun Warmed My Neck and Gave Me New Energy to Continue the Project – you get the idea.

You can shape the galaxy as you describe it.

Words matter, your words matter most of all.
