These are the packages we live by.

Perhaps we should make the higher ground extremely expensive. 

Then, it will seem desirable, valuable of course, appealing to everyone who aspires to anything.

Other ideas as to how to lift people up to the brighter, intelligent, humorous and enlightening versions, deserve a warm welcome.

Lead. We need leaders who should be leaders!
