In the distinctive tone of a sunset, the menu grew longer as the light dimmed.

Vastly overpowered motorcycles paraded the aggressive gurgle of their engines.

As the doors were locked and the cars left empty spaces in the car park, two moon-swooning lovers kissed and strolled along the beach. They were holding hands. 

Definite vagueness and the flavor of ice cream.

Not sure what to do, they ordered the deep chocolate with lemon sorbet.

Meanwhile people gathered in front of their television monitors, switching channels between news and the new series about ice skating haberdashers driving monster trucks.

There is a business case and a social case. 

In good businesses, both are the same thing. In a good advanced society, both are the same thing!

Sharing bathrobes with strangers has never proved popular.

The internet startup “sharearobenow” did not reach any plateaux of success which would have indicated further investment was warranted. 

However “shareadog” became wildly successful and was especially popular with the dogs that had been signed up by their loving owners. The dogs received double the treats and much love from all directions.

I wondered what would come next when they served marinated wild boar on a bed of sautéed nettles. 

The next dish was unidentifiable. Food well outside one’s own country sometimes does not look like any food we have eaten. Don’t ask what that is, we were being polite and enjoying every serving! 

It is said to be good to stray from the familiar, be adventurous, try new things.

In the depths of the closet were a bag of mints and a yellow hat.
