You never have to wait.

Where before, time multiplied like an hour in a duplication machine, now magic things happen.

You may be late, but no, not really.

There is so much to see, people to meet, ideas to hatch, things to observe, while they slowly move, even slower – in slow motion, to the counter to help you.

And if it was t h a t important to be there on time, such a meeting, that flight, you should leave so early that being late would be as rare as finding that needle, in that haystack.

And then you just observe, amuse yourself and learn while the time reaches maturity and the moment you aimed for.

One, two three….as easy as….

Counting the soothing oneness with now.

Are we going to get in on the Mindfulness gravy-train?

Absolutely!

Why?

Because we like gravy and we like being here now, present, aware, conscious, experiencing this around us, listening to you, sensing everything, communicating without words (oh woe is me!), blowing kisses, walking with every muscle, waving our hands like tree branches in the wind, and so much more.

Sometimes notions mixed with random potions, digging for golden nuggets.

The actors were warming up their vocal chords and stretching limbs and muscles.

We are about to travel in many dimensions, safely and quickly.

In this summary, therefore, there are many future trends predicted and weighted.

Signing paintings is the artist’s joy.

We have fictional characters in reality and a reality invented by moderate fantasy.

Be strong, solid and sound. That’s the only proverb in town.

Be a bigger booster and hand it down.

Why are we always talking about food, vegetables, fruit or clever recipes?

Because somehow food represents so much. We need some. We praise some. We show inclusion and appreciation, if we can, with the food we prepare and offer.

Sorting through the accumulated magazines of a previous century, we found that editors always had an eye for the bottom line. Business sense perhaps, but was the bottom line of each page the best line!?

Funny how we can start out ripe and then later, become newly plucked from the tree.
