Found myself soaring in another language I had not yet learned, words came as if served on a silver platter.
Each word was an ice cube and dissolved into the cocktail of implications and assertions.
An audience beamed and cheered.
Where they came from even, they didn’t know.
Where I came from, they knew better than me.
All as the sun squeezed itself between clouds onto a god-like toothbrush.
