Chocolate bells toll quietly.
I never thought of that as a problem when I was a child.
But a childish thought about this matter came to mind after eating a festive Christmas dinner in a Western country.
What if the bells melted on a hot day before tolling time?
And would anyone hear the sound of chocolate cracking as it was percussed by a chocolate ringer on any other day?
It seemed, fleetingly, important.
