In the evening there was celebration.

The aroma of fine food, grilled fresh vegetables and several tasty dishes to keep them company.

A symphony of compatible delights.

After the dawn there was a fried egg, a pastry and superb coffee.

But you know, it’s not all about food.

It’s about the gathering together with and around food.

C’est la vie!

Drastic and Fantastic.

A wonderful way to start the day, before cartwheeling out of bed.

What could it be?

Don’t ask me.

Imagine.

Then find a view even for a moment, anything will do, even a neatly painted garage door is good.

Then know that you can do anything you want to change the world around you for the better.

How far around you is up to you I think.

An international call, an antelope and a rabbit.

The line was good for a minute or two and then it would cut out a few vital words.

Did she say she had succeeded or everyone had accepted the opposite?

Oh well, the antelope seemed to watch us as if possessing some deep knowledge it would take us another thirty years to learn.

A rabbit was all it took to spook the larger animal which ran off with its usual elegance.

The show does not offer us control, it is or has been written and plays out in front of our eyes.

What we say, the words we use, even on a choppy phone line, are more certainly our creation.

It should be obvious. It’s easy. Just do it.

Stupidity is free…so is aware, inquiring intelligence.

The cost of “knowing what I think” is often a self-satisfying feeling immersed in a sauce of limited knowledge.

Better to ponder than scream yonder.

And then, in the end, they will come to you.

A knock at the door, a scrawny adult and a bag.

Someone introduces themselves as our new neighbour.

Three hours and some drinks later we seem like great long-time friends.

A surprise and a fine result.

Oh, and, welcome to the neighborhood!
