Fuzzy is not a good state to be in, not usually.

But sometimes it allows a hazy, rambling exploration across thoughts, wild notions, fevered imaginings and much more, that allow wide discovery.

New ground, a different way of looking and thus new things to see and discover.

There can be gold in them hills!

Corners of cabinets, all furniture, tables, objects – all should have rounded edges.

From now on sharp edged cabinets and doors, bed corners and cupboards are out…or rather, they’ll be rounded, curved, soft edged.

Why?

Because sharp corners are harmful and cause injury.

So many things to improve, so much design to influence and what wonderful results there will be!

Just one of many good things to come.

The story will start with the end and gradually reveal the beginning.

It’s a book of humor, geography, social behavior and the twists and turns of a free agent.

An adventure, a heist, a thriller, a travel odyssey, and the philosophy of fun.

It may take months and more to write, that’s not unusual.

Will it sell and will anyone read it? We don’t know.

We do know that it will be written from personal experience and with an unending flourish of unabashed honesty.

State of play and update.

Either this is a regular calendared announcement, or something changed. Those are the only times such semi-dramatic pronouncements are made.

We want to be informed. Yet being informed of everything is too much, overloading and in some ways back to being valueless.

What we want is fresh inspiration, observation, texture, timbre and taste.

We must know the smell, the subtle fragrances, the herbal implications and the tone of voice.

That stuff makes a story of anything.

Sorry we missed you.

We should have kissed, or hugged.

Now it’s been a year or two and starting a conversation seemed stiff and awkward.

But that was two days ago.

Now we are strolling along, singing a song, together.

In perfect harmony.
