Red and centered upon a star.

Even the goats seemed alert on that morning.

We called them twice and they never answered.

They rarely had much to say.

Once in a while we thought it might be better that way.

No TV, no social network and only a little nonsense.

Alright.

All emotions communicated like an electric current flowing through copper wires.

An inflatable ball of thanks and quips rolled east.

The calm of the sea could be seen in a cup of tea.

Twice that day the bell had tolled noon.

Likely that all watches and clocks had been set incorrectly.

It could become popular to get out of bed only at sunset.

The day shift….forget it.

Come on down and share the meadows of youth.

We are staying, swaying and seemingly invigorated.

We are calm, soft and super strong.

Boiled, just right, a mark to show the effort.

Tried out, tired out and feeling fine.

Secure peach and spirit level.

Construction on time.

Yet to ripen.

First meet, then say something, and laugh when things are funny.

These are the directions on a jar of home made jam…raspberry I think.
