Don’t say something like that.

Well, what a conundrum, a dispute because it’s not the flavor of lemonade you want.

So many good things on the menu, but it’s hard to accept any of them when the one you chose is unavailable.

And really this is not about food. Or perhaps it is.

I do not like Disneyland, but I should not expect Mountain High or Depths of The Sea to dissapoint, they are a different and expensive way of wasting time enjoyably. They might even be good!

The ledger was open on the fourth page.

So early in the game we could see how well things were going for the grand family.

Things were good.

We anticipated a grand banquet at the annual shindig and debate.

All we needed to do was politely remind people not to talk with their mouths full.

Or, not to fill their talk with food.

The price of paper, the power of dreams and low power consumption.

Isn’t the the ideal to summon up ideas, see the impossible become reality all without draining energy

The crescendo of enthusiasm, the effortlessness of the mind and the relaxed wave of the hand.

Deftly we – well, everything…

Swift reading of the telegraph means good news comes fast.

When a telegram arrived by a pill-box hatted messenger they waited for you to read it in case you wanted to send a reply.

There is a message in that.

If we can read it.

Several pieces of paper.

There were notes about dreams, travel, shopping and how to assemble a radio.

The beginning of a novel seemed to be revealed on a small scrap of paper.

An old wrapper and a lined page.

Some numbers were written without any description or explanation.

So it seems a blank page really does present a world of possibilities.

Or a note of tenderness, love and admiration.

Or…a reminder.
