We’re back, in case you missed us.

We just came back from walking down the path which follows the stream to the river, and eventually to the ocean.

Now, we sit and listen to the sound of families gathering for a holiday.

Squirrels and other small animals ignore us all.

No trouble please, we’re subaqua ferrostat beings.

This was just the beginning of a never ending story.

Twice, we went to the bank.

The teller’s eyes gleemed in admiration or admonition – we’re not sure which.

We left with a leaflet, no cash and lots of gold.

The coffee at the place next door was excellent.

I’d say they lived here all their lives.

They know everyone and the names of every nearby village.

They know when the crops are planted and harvested.

And, they know when to pick the berries.

If there were no thoughts in his mind perhaps he’d be calm, in a sort of zen state he’d never experienced before.

This popular notion, that nothing equals something quite special, was toyed with like a chewing gum in its final fizzle of flavour.

There is more to this than a cat’s cradle, a contemporary cause, or a bump in the road,

But how to proceed, there’s the thing.

You were easily striding across trees, landscapes and counties.

Countries? Not a problem.

A bus always goes somewhere and you don’t have to choose a destination, just hop aboard.

The view over the hill may be the same, but it’ll say different things.

Perhaps the message is the medium or au contraire…
