Philosophers decide to wear red coats.

Yes. Bright red and extraordinarily visible.

They think it makes them more desirable.

It does make them feel cheerful every morning as they don the fine fabric and fasten buttons top to toe.

The question today is what color should everyone else wear?

Or, is that even a question?

And Moon.

Which we are looking at is not clear.

Perhaps an eclipse, perhaps extremely strong dark sunglasses.

But people are strolling in t-shirts.

Perhaps it’s during shining sun in the daytime, seems more plausible.

Forgetting about politics for a few minutes.

Chocolate bells toll quietly.

I never thought of that as a problem when I was a child.

But a childish thought about this matter came to mind after eating a festive Christmas dinner in a Western country.

What if the bells melted on a hot day before tolling time?

And would anyone hear the sound of chocolate cracking as it was percussed by a chocolate ringer on any other day?

It seemed, fleetingly, important.

Walked across the road to see the view.

I stayed alert to drivers texting, smoking, drinking, singing, watching videos and generally driving as they do.

I got to the other side – I’m here to write this – partly because I was wearing light or bright colored clothes, they saw me.

But that’s not the only thing.

The clouds were strung out like a message from a sage.

What they said, I can imagine but not surely know.

So I’ll make it up.

Becoming a sage is easy (it seems)!

What was important needed to be highlighted and put at the top of the list for tomorrow.

Some things needed a go-ahead signal.

Better now that some mysterious moment “later”.

Refried and tender, a sweet and sour sauce with lightly braised ingredients.

Delicious decisions.
