Doing old things in new ways is a good brain exercise.
It’s not just about buying new things – it’ about *doing* new things.
One obvious example is brushing your teeth with the “other” hand.
But you can do this in small ways from walking down different streets on your way somewhere, to starting with different tasks at the beginning of the day…it doubles as a check as to whether the order in which you have been working, is the best for you.
